Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and program PLC systems using Mitsubishi and JTEKT for machinery and automation processes. - Design electrical diagrams, including wiring and control diagrams. - Perform wiring and assembly of control panels and electrical components. - Fabricate and assemble power and signal cables according to specifications. - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. - Provide onsite installation and technical support to customers when required. - พัฒนาและเขียนโปรแกรม PLC โดยใช้ Mitsubishi และ JTEKT สำหรับเครื่องจักรและระบบอัตโนมัติ - ออกแบบและจัดทำแบบวงจรไฟฟ้า รวมถึง Wiring Diagram และ Control Diagram - เดินสายไฟและประกอบตู้คอนโทรล รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าต่าง ๆ - ผลิตและประกอบสายไฟและสายสัญญาณตามแบบที่กำหนด - ทดสอบระบบ แก้ไขปัญหา และทำ Commissioning ก่อนส่งมอบงาน - ออกติดตั้งหน้างานและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าเมื่อได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma), or Vocational Certificate in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - At least 1+ year of experience in PLC programming (Mitsubishi and JTEKT). - Conversational Low in English, for use with internal program - Able to visit client onsite (Company car provided) - Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and control systems. - Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. - Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team. - วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี, ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรม PLC อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป (เช่น Mitsubishi และ JTEKT) - มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารพื้นฐาน สำหรับใช้งานกับโปรแกรมภายใน - สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่หน้างานลูกค้าได้ (มีรถยนต์บริษัทให้) - มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการเดินสายไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุม - สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจแบบแผนผังวงจรไฟฟ้าได้ - มีความรับผิดชอบ ใฝ่เรียนรู้ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
